The item listed is a Cat-Back Exhaust System for Volkswagen Golf R (Mk8) models. This high-quality system produces an enhanced sound and look over the original system. The system is resonated in order to minimize drone and to ensure the exhaust system comfortably passes the MOT. The system comes with all fittings needed to fit the exhaust, as pictured. It also features stainless steel tailpipes.
This high quality, vacuum Valvetronic system allows for an aggressive, sports sound or a milder note, switchable by a wirelessly operated key fob operation. While both sound levels are louder and sportier than OE, it is best to think of the modes as "Mild Sport" and "Sport".
The in-built valves smoothly switch from one to the other, and the lightweight, powerful aftermarket system provides performance, power and torque gains. The system is designed to minimize drone and to create a pleasant driving experience while enhancing the original sound of the Mk 8.
